Stories & inspiration
in our own words*
A platform for Asterisco* women where we can share our stories, thinking, and experiences.
What this space is for
beyond the polished “who we are”
This is where the community’s actual voices and thinking live. It’s open to anyone in it.
Women who led an event writing about organising and leading it: what they learned, what scared them, what it felt like to be in charge.
Women who took part trying a sport for the first time, a friendship that started at an event, a moment of growth or confidence.
Reflections and debates raised at events nutrition and the body, the gender gap in sport and leadership, body image, self-love and limits, women and nature.
Community-led research and environmental reflections, published as they develop rather than locked away in a report.

you don't have to be a writer*
If you led an event, came to one, or have been turning something over since – we’d like to publish it. In your words, at whatever length it takes.
We’ll help you shape it if you want the help! Different bodies, backgrounds, sports and countries, the more range here, the better this page does its job.
